Shipping

Items will normally by shipped within 24hours of an order being placed although may take up to 2 working days. The default delivery method to addresses within the US is USPS however, THE4POINTS are not responsible for delays caused my USPS or other carriers employed.
UPS next day courier service is available as an option on all orders to UK delivery addresses and orders will be despatched the same day if the order is placed by mid-day.

Delivery to international addresses can take considerably longer and will vary from country to country. Please allow up to 14 days.

• Orders totalling under £25 will be sent by 1st Class mail.

Returns

Items may be returned up to 14 days after you take delivery of them. See Terms & Conditions for full details.

• Items returned due to an error by THE4POINTS will receive a full refurd.
• Shipping costs will not be refunded for items returned due to customer error.
• THE4POINTS reserves the right to refuse the refund for items returned damaged.
